I have a passion for cultivating wellbeing through inclusive, trauma wise bodywork. As a Certified Aquatic Integration Provider and Craniosacral Therapist, I view balance in the body as dynamic and adaptive, rather than static or fixed. I focus on attuning to the natural rhythms in your system and hold space for your body to release restrictions it has been unable to overcome on its own.

Creating Be Abundant was been a dream in the making for over a decade. I first began studying this work in 2008, after experiencing the healing effects for myself as a complex trauma survivor. I often describe my internal process as a provider as being in curiosity, to deeply listen to your unique experience, in order to offer informed invitations for change, rather than deciding how changes should be made for you.

As a lifelong athlete with a history in ballet, dance team, and roller derby, the journey towards healing my relationship with my body has been long and continues to this day. A supportive team of HAES professionals in mental health therapy, art therapy, movement therapy, craniosacral therapy, aquatic integration, and massage therapy have greatly impacted my recovery journey and changed my life.

I am honored to be able to do this profound work and invite you to come and experience new pathways of wellness through deep relaxation, fluid movement, and sensory integration. I look forward to holding space with you soon.
